These Terms of Use constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for AppDrop. To the extent anything is not covered by these Terms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AppDrop mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AppDrop is a price tracker for apps on the App Store. It lets you follow apps on a watchlist, see the price history AppDrop has recorded for them, receive notifications when a tracked price drops, and browse current price drops. Purchases and downloads always take place on the App Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

AppDrop may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and availability is not guaranteed at all times.
Prices are collected once a day from publicly available Apple data and stored by AppDrop. They may be delayed, incomplete, or different in your region. The price shown on the App Store at the time of purchase is always the one that applies.
Price alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered (for example if notifications are turned off or the device is offline). AppDrop is not responsible for any purchase decision made based on information shown in the App.
AppDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. App Store and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. App names and icons belong to their respective developers.
AppDrop may offer optional paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions. If offered, the price and billing period are shown before purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
All content within the App, including design, visuals, text, and functionality, is owned by AppDrop or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
AppDrop is not liable for:
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
Access to the App may be restricted or terminated if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect any obligations incurred prior to termination.
The App may interact with services provided by third parties, and may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). AppDrop is not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party services or advertised products. The use of advertising data is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
